The stadium’s features include crescent-shaped roof covers, floodlights in the shape of tridents, seating arrangements reminiscent of the iconic ghats, and metallic sheets on the facade shaped like Bilvipatra.

Anticipated to accommodate 30,000 spectators, the stadium’s gallery will bear a striking resemblance to the steps of the renowned Varanasi ghats. This promising sports facility is slated to be completed by December 2025, marking a significant addition to Uttar Pradesh’s cricketing infrastructure.

It will join the ranks of Kanpur and Lucknow as the state’s third international cricket stadium, promising thrilling matches and unforgettable moments for cricket enthusiasts.
